Collection Method

1. Self pick up at Official Merchandise booth
   • – Please provide Invoice / Proof of Purchase / IC Card during redemption for
     verification purposes
   • – If you are unable to attend for merch redemption, the representive is required to prepare the following documents — Invoice / Proof of Purchase / Copy of IC Card that match with the name of buyer

Purchase Requirement

1. All goods are delivery range is limited to Malaysia only, please note.
2. Please check all the ordered items when receiving the items.
3.  If you find that the product is damaged (excluding intentional damage), or you need
   to exchange the product due to factory quality problems, damage or delivery error,
   and return the product without our confirmation, please notify HELLO UNIVERSE
   social media or customer service hotline to arrange replacement of the product, and
